Our Returns & Termination Policy
Vehicle Returns & Rejection Policy
We recognise that circumstances may change after a vehicle purchase. The following terms apply should a customer choose to return a vehicle.
If a vehicle is returned within 14 days of the purchase date, the following charges will apply:
• A £495.00 termination/administration fee
• £2.00 per mile calculated from the mileage recorded at the point of sale
• A £100.00 valet and preparation fee
• Reasonable deductions for any damage or deterioration to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
Where a vehicle is returned after 14 days, the above charges will still apply. In addition, Crystal Automotive Group LTD reserves the right to apply a further valuation adjustment, reflecting the vehicle’s current market value at the time of return. This valuation will be determined at the sole discretion of Crystal Automotive Group LTD.
Where a customer seeks a statutory repair, replacement, or exercises their statutory right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it remains the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle to our premises at their own cost and within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All returned vehicles will be inspected upon arrival, and any applicable deductions or adjustments will be confirmed following inspection.
Crystal Automotive Group LTD is committed to handling all return requests fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation. This policy is explained during the vehicle handover process, and customers are encouraged to speak with a member of our team should they require clarification on any aspect of these terms.
